As designer and integrator, Compin Group purchases a large amount of components that it assembles in the manufacturing sections. In this way, the “Purchasing” activity forms an integral part of the core business of the group, and is organised according to ‘family’ of products. Every buyer is therefore a specialist in a certain technological ‘family’ and maintains close relationships with their privileged suppliers, who are encouraged to work alongside us in a process of co-design at the time of developing new products. 

Furthermore, our Purchasing is carried out by an extended network in “low cost” countries, thus guaranteeing the economic performance of the group. Our Purchasing is these days mostly carried out outside of France. 

Considering the strong internationalism of our network of suppliers, expertise in supply chain operations is a fundamental point in our organisation. In addition, a qualified team is operational on every site, to guarantee the delivery of components for the whole duration of the project.
