By contributing its expertise and analyzing customer expectations, by testing ergonomic and sensorial choices and adding improvement stages, COMPIN Seats endeavours to satisfy the needs of its customers whether the projects are of a tailor-made or customization type.
Integrated prototyping is a major step in creating a seat and is based on know-how, which is mainly the result of the experience of COMPIN Seats’ technical teams. Similarly, the test lab conducts batteries of tests in house to guarantee the durability and resistance of the proposed solutions.
Project Management
COMPIN Seats provides comprehensive project management from the initial “Pre-Project” phase to industrialization and even the launch of a series, and has acquired processes that are suited to the specifics of its profession.
Sourcing
COMPIN Seats specifies and manages procurement in the context of a sourcing strategy that is market-focused:

Logistics / Manufacturing
COMPIN Seats assembles “seat solutions” in various industrial sites in France that are specialized by branch, as well as in units based abroad in order to optimally fill the needs of the markets to be supplied (Eastern Europe, Northern Africa). |
